Engineered with high-strength metal reinforcement mesh on both the inner and outer sides, creating a rugged "steel skeleton" for the filter media. The outer diamond mesh effectively fixes pleat spacing to prevent over-expansion during high-pressure pulse cleaning, while the thickened inner perforated core provides exceptional compressive support against collapse under high negative pressure. This dual-protection structure not only ensures structural stability in extreme working conditions but also optimizes airflow distribution through a precise opening rate, balancing ultimate durability with high-efficiency filtration.

Achieved through high-precision folding technology, our filter cartridges feature deeper pleats and higher folding density, increasing the filtration area by 30%-50% within the same volume. The deep-pleat design significantly lowers the filtration velocity (Air-to-Cloth Ratio), effectively mitigating direct dust abrasion on the media.
