Featuring advanced automated Polyurethane injection technology, our filter media and end caps form a seamless, one-piece seal that eliminates air leakage and detachment issues common in traditional assembled cartridges, while the high-resilience sealing interface fits the tube sheet perfectly, retaining excellent sealing performance even during high-pressure pulse jet cleaning to boost filtration efficiency and extend equipment service life.

Engineered with high-strength metal reinforcement mesh on both inner and outer sides, our filter media features a rugged "steel skeleton". The outer diamond mesh fixes pleat spacing to prevent over-expansion during pulse cleaning, while the thickened inner perforated core resists collapse under high negative pressure. This dual-protection structure ensures structural stability in extreme conditions, optimizes airflow distribution, and balances durability with high-efficiency filtration.

Our filter cartridges, made with high-precision folding technology, feature deeper pleats and higher folding density, increasing filtration area by 30%-50% in the same volume. The deep-pleat design lowers filtration velocity, reducing dust abrasion on the media. This high-density structure delivers ultra-large dust-holding capacity, cutting operational resistance and pulse cleaning frequency, thus extending replacement cycles and lowering energy costs.
